why must users post so often before viewing on this site while other sites allow you to do so imediatly?

This is because of forum safety. You referred to other forums, those allow to view the entire site - if you are experience forumist, you might have noticed that many similar sites are no more in existence.

If there is a rule, it is there for some valid reason, be rest assured.
