Rapists are rapists only. There should be no sentiment attached with them. Whether they repent it or try to amend things as they suddenly start to feel bad about the victim. Only severe most punishment, even more than death- if possible.
I don't think getting academic education has any role here. As there are so Called men or women who are educated enough. They too have been involved in this henious crime. Even sex education wont help if a twisted sick mind starts operating

খুব সুন্দর কথা বলেছেন, আমি ও এক মত আপনার সাথে। যারা ধর্ষণ করে, ওরা মানসিক রুগি, ওদের মানসিক অবস্থা স্বাভাবিক না, এতাই বলতে পারি। মাঝে মাঝে এসব নিয়ে ভাবলে আমার খুব আশ্চর্য লাগে এই ভেবে যে, একটা শিক্ষিত পুরুষ কিভাবে একটা অনিচ্ছুক শরীরে প্রবেশ করে? অশিক্ষিতদের কথা বাদই দিলাম, কারন ওরা তো কোন কিছু জন্যে যুক্তি খুজবে না। কিন্তু একজন শিক্ষিত যুক্তি দিয়ে চলা মানুষ ও কিভাবে এমন নোংরা ঘৃণিত কাজে নামে? they are totally mentally unstable.
