The song-greeting "Happy Birthday to you" is known almost to everyone on the planet. Melody for the famous song was composed in Kentucky.
In 1893, two elementary school teachers in Louisville wrote it to say hello to the children before the classes; and the words were originally different – "Good Morning to All". And by 1912 the lyrics suddenly changed. As a result, the song-congratulation in 1998 got into the Guinness Book of Records as the most recognizable songs in English. Today "Happy Birthday to you" is translated into 18 languages.
