1. Use a Cache Addon for XenForo. Right now the images as well as static resources are loading from server on every pageload.
2. CDN: Please use a CDN. Amazon offers a great service in a very cheap price. Alternatively, use CloudFlare which have a Free Tier as well as a basic DDOS firewall.
3. Get a Offshore Hosting instead of NL. A large chunk of your visitors are from Indian subcontinent, that will let them to access the site quicker, and CDN will take care of the rest. I'd suggest SG, they do support warez and adult content.
And, most important, backup the site regularly. Try to find a service that offers off-server incremental backups.
