This PDF does not require a week to practice in accordance with the rules. Those who do not have Bangla in Bengali will not have any problem in learning Bangla. in a word With Avro maybe typing Bangla using English. But you will not get the speed. Well not for me.
Because my mobile + PC Keyboard is same keyboard Technicaly (they both using avro phonetics + same keywords order)
So its easy for me
And my speed is not going Down but increasing for using same keyboard & its always involving with Practice (এটা কোন ব্যাপার না কোনটা তুমি চালাও)
